Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Rudies and Co!
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can request a refund 14 days from the date on which you received your order .
Please let us know if you'd like to return anything at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order is sent back to me from abroad, you have the choice of either re-paying for delivery or I can refund you the cost of the necklace. The cost of delivery will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
There are no refunds on earring due to hygiene reasons.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your order to us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We are happy to exchange any goods that are unused and undamaged within 14 days of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible on the email address below to arrange an exchange, postage will not be paid for by us but by the customer themselves.
